2011 ASLA Annual Meeting & EXPO

Exhibitor Registration and Ticket Purchase Instructions

Complimentary Registrations: Each exhibitor receives one complimentary full meeting exhibitor registration and two complimentary booth personnel registrations per 10’ x 10’ EXPO space purchased. These badges will provide access to the EXPO floor for set-up, show hours, and tear-down.  The full meeting exhibitor registration also provides access to the Alumni Reunion, general sessions, and education sessions.  Exhibitors must activate these complimentary registrations through the ASLA registration system (see deadlines below).

Upgrades and Additional Registrations:  Exhibitors may upgrade complimentary booth personnel registrations to full meeting exhibitor registrations for $400 each.  Exhibitors may purchase additional registrations at the discounted rates of $465 each for full meeting exhibitor registration or $65 for booth personnel registrations.

Set-up and Tear-Down Only Personnel:  EXPO setup and tear-down only badges may be obtained free of charge on-site at the Exhibitor Registration counter at the San Diego Convention Center, beginning at 8:00 am on Saturday, October 29. These badges do not allow entry into the EXPO during show hours.

Ticketed Events: Once registered, exhibitors are encouraged to purchase tickets to Field Sessions, the Gala, the Council of Fellows Investiture, and the President’s Dinner, and other events held throughout the ASLA annual meeting.  Host your customers at these events.  Detailed information on ticketed events will be posted online in mid-April. Ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets will not be sold at the door of any event.

Exhibitor Registration Deadlines:  Advance registration closes on September 16, 2011. Exhibitors who register by this date will receive their badges and tickets via mail prior to the annual meeting and EXPO.  Exhibitors who do not register by this date will need to register onsite at the ASLA Exhibitor Registration counter at the San Diego Convention Center, beginning at 8:00 am on Saturday, October 29.
