If you’re a CONFIRMED EXHIBITOR:

Whether you’re a first time exhibitor or a previous client looking for a different spin on increasing your leads, we’ve gathered information to help you plan in the Exhibitor Resources section.
Setting up your booth profile means that attendees can find you before and during conference. Have you set up your profile yet? Login to the system to get started. Check your booth confirmation email for your password. May 1 was the deadline for exhibitor information in the Program Guide. Any changes made will NOT be reflected in the Program Guide. New exhibitors (as of 5/4/09) will be included in the Program Guide Addendum.
Your online presence is essential and if you are interested in increasing leads and your visibility even more, we have the solution--advertising in T+D magazine and the Program Guide is a great way to get your name out there. Visit the Sponsorship & Advertising section for other great ideas!

If you are an ATTENDEE:

EXPO is your chance to learn about new and emerging products. Go to EXPO Hall to learn more about our exhibitors. You will be able to view the floor plan and click on exhibitor’s online booths to view exhibitor contact information, a profile and their areas of expertise. Some booths will also include press releases, products, show specials, an appointment scheduler, and more.

To create a personal calendar of sessions you want to attend at the conference, go to My Login and then click Conference Sessions to view sessions and add them to your calendar.
