Welcome to the Speaker Service Center!

Congratulations! Your proposal was accepted as part of the 2013 BIO International Convention program. Over the next several months, you will serve as the primary contact (aka session organizer) for your session(s) by receiving and relaying all BIO communications to your invited session moderator and speakers. In addition, you are responsible for maintaining your organization's information in the Speaker Service Center. This role is key to successfully planning a session.

Session Organizer Resources
:

  • Session Organizer Webinar Series - In 2013, the Biotechnology Industry Organization will be offering a three part webinar series for all session organizers. These 60 minute webinars are designed to keep you in the loop on all organizer related matters. The third and final webinar in the series will cover on-site procedures and will be held on March 27 from 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM ET. Register for the webinar today!

  • Moderator Training: BIO has created an online training site for all session moderators. Moderators should view BIO's online training tool before getting started. This video provides moderator's with great advice on how to effectively communicate with their panel members and create a more valuable experience for convention attendees.

Speakers interested in upgrading their registration to Convention Access will incur the higher rate after March 14.
