Thank you for your interest in submitting an abstract for the 2012 Pacific Rim Summit on Industrial Biotechnology and Bioenergy

 

  As a reminder the criteria for submitting an abstract is as follows:

 

  • Deadline for submitting is June 29th, 2012
  • Talks by speakers should include power point presentations and should be no longer then 15 minutes to allow for questions and answers at the end of each session

Panels

  • Participants may submit proposals for panels in any of the program tracks (see list of tracks below.) Panel submissions should consist of three to four speakers and a moderator. (The moderator may be chosen from among the presenters, or an additional individual may serve as moderator.)
  • Note: The World Congress program committee may elect to add a fourth speaker to your panel (from among the individual paper submissions) to provide a more complete perspective or to accommodate exceptional individual submissions with relevant content.
  • Abstract limit is 3,500 characters
  • Only complete panel submissions with confirmed speakers will be considered

 

Papers 

  • Individuals may also submit a single proposal for a 15 minute presentation in any of the program tracks. The World Congress program committee will review proposals and assemble selected submissions into appropriate panels, or merge individual papers with appropriate 3-person panel submissions.
  • Abstract limit is 3,500 characters

 Posters

  • Deadline for submitting poster presentations is June 29 , 2012.

 

  • Poster presenters must attend the session and be available to discuss their research.

 

  • Poster Submissions Must Include:
  1.  Poster Title: This is the title that will be published in the program
  2. Abstract: Limit 3,500 characters
  • Only one poster per presenter will be allowed so please only submit one application.
