Learn about how BuddyBooks helps struggling readers.
Under a National Science Foundation grant, we created BuddyBooks to help struggling readers, like students with dyslexia. A computer and student “buddy read”, taking turns reading passages from any popular book which keeps the student engaged in the story, as the AI shows the teacher where the student has problems. BuddyBooks works with the 1M+ fiction and non-fiction books available through Bookshare.
ObjectiveEd deliver the best educational outcomes for students with disabilities, using a combination of AI, gamification and Interactive Fiction, to help students with reading disabilities, vision impairments, r and autism spectrum disorder.
