Louisville Tourism is the official housing provider for the Council for Exception Children’s 2023 Annual Convention and Expo in Louisville, KY. We are now accepting hotel reservations.  This process is in place to maximize savings and room availability for attendees and for accurate hotel counts for CEC. Please utilize this process for making reservations.

    • Please select if you are a Non-Student or Student in order to proceed to the next screen to enter your arrival and departure dates.

    • Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm Eastern time
    • Upon calling please be prepared to advise agents if you are a Non-Student or a Student.

Cancellation Policy – Reservations canceled on or after February 2, 2023 will be charged one night's room and tax to the card on the reservation.

CAUTION: Please be vigilant if approached by any other company or service that implies or claims to be an official housing provider of  CEC.  The CEC Annual Convention and Expo logo will be included on our housing site and all general communication materials. If you do not see the logo, they are not the official housing provider.
