As the Show Bag Sponsor, you will receive:

• Eight floor stickers in front of each park bench along the 20' aisle which spans the length of the Exhibit Hall. Each floor sticker will include logo and booth number.
• Ten bag racks- 2 at the hall entrance and 2 at each park bench location.
• A porter will be assigned to refill bags before the hall opens each day and at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.
• Material Handling is included in the cost of the sponsorship. 

Your company logo will be printed on the headrest covers of shuttle buses that take take attendees to and from their hotels and the convention center during the Hinman Meeting. 

You also have have the option to run a company video on the buses.

Since the shuttle buses take attendees to the Hinman's Night Out Party, sponsor will also receive 10 tickets to the party. Each ticket includes admittance to the venue, heavy hors d'oeuvres and two drink tickets.
