Tools and Features for Everyone:
§ HTML Floor Plan or Flash Floor Plan allows you to view and print the floor plan in real time.
§ Exhibitor Search allows you to search for current exhibitors by a variety of parameters including by product and by country. You also can search for special groups of exhibitors: New to HITEC, Club Pavilion, and Sponsors.
§ Exhibitor List will show a full list of all exhibitors in alpha order.
Tools for Exhibitors:
§ Click on Exhibitor Login in the left menu and type in your password to gain access to the Exhibitor Console. Here you must update your company profile for the online buyers guide and printed program. You'll select up to ten product categories for buyers to search on to find you before and after the show! May 20 is the deadline for the printed printed program. Changes to company information after this date will appear online only.
§ An Enhanced Company Listing, available for $299, allows you to add your logo, company description and a product spotlight to your online listing. Click here to download the order form.
Tools for Attendees:
§ Click on My Briefcase in the left menu to login with your eCode or if you don't have an eCode create one!
§ Once you are logged in, click on My Profile to make changes to your personal information.
§ Use the exhibitor search and exhibitor list to create a list of favorite exhibitors. You can leave the site and come back later to print a list of your favorite exhibitors or when you print the floor plan your favorite exhibitors will be highlighted on the printed copy so you can plan your route! Click on My Expo Plan under My Briefcase to see your list of favorites.
