IAVM welcomes (2) of your company representatives to attend the Leadership Dinner Monday evening, August 2, from 7pm - 10pm at Atlanta's Fox Theatre where you can get to better know our 65 venue executives representing IAVM's governance inclusive of the Board of Directors and Trustees, and past Presidents and Chairmen. You'll receive sponsor recognition on the outdoor theatre marquee, at check-in and on guests' dinner programs. You get to kick off the dinner with a verbal welcome to everyone. And as an added touch, your logo is branded on the napkins used at the pre-dinner reception. Best of all, you'll know who the executives are long before dinner begins, as you're provided an advanced dinner attendee list. And you will make a lasting impression as your company logo is co-branded with IAVM's on each guest's takeaway gift.

This sponsorship not only makes the 1st impression, but can provide great digital exposure and increase exhibit booth traffic. Include a QR code and your marketing message, company logo, and booth number on the hotel keys and sleeves to continuously be top of mind to attendees as they enter and leave their hotel rooms throughout conference.  

You're the winner when your exhibit booth is the destination for prize entries. If you're not exhibiting, attendees will drop off their entry ticket at the IAVM booth.

As the official sponsor of the Trade Show Prize Drawing, attendees will visit your booth, or ours, to drop off their entry tickets for the prize drawing. The tickets are QR coded so you can network with attendees while they're at your booth and scan their badges later. The spin-the-wheel prize drawings occur in the IAVM exhibit booth as exhibit hours come to an end Wednesday evening. Winners must be present and receive gift certificates in the amount of $50 - $500. Your company representative is encouraged to hand out the prizes and congratulate the winners for additional engagement with attendees and visibility on social media.

The VenueConnect mobile app is the go-to-source of information for session details, networking options, exhibitor listings, and prize opportunities. Attendees will be utilizing the app throughout conference. Will it be your marketing message they see? As the official Mobile App Title Sponsor, your presence is made known with an exclusive sponsor splash page and specialized mobile app marketing! Also, you receive sponsor recognition in mobile app emails sent to registered attendees, and on the VenueConnect mobile app webpage.

As the exclusive WiFi sponsor in all conference session rooms and common areas, you will receive signage throughout conference to include detailed WiFi information and sponsor recognition with logo, a customized password of your choosing used by all conference participants and a landing page or splash screen to your URL and/or marketing message. All attendees are notified of complimentary WiFi service several times throughout conference and you, as the sponsor, will be thanked and recognized each time. 

Have your lead scanner ready! Make certain attendees head to your booth while lunch is being served Wednesday from 11:00am - 1:45pm. Dessert details will be displayed on all lunch table signage along with your marketing collaterals to make certain attendees know dessert is being served at your exhibit booth.
