Terms & Conditions

Registration

  • Full Conference Registration includes: All Education Sessions, All Meet Ups, VenueConnect Opening Night Reception, Tradeshow, lunch on the Tradeshow floor, Happy Hour, Networking Lunch, and Closing Night Party. Events requiring an additional registration and fee are marked.
  • Daily Registration includes: 
    • Tuesday, August 3rd: Daily Education Sessions & Meet Ups, and VenueConnect Opening Night Reception
    • Wednesday, August 4th: Daily Education Sessions & Meet Ups, Tradeshow, lunch on the Tradeshow floor, and Happy Hour
    • Thursday, August 5th: Daily Education Sessions & Meet Ups, Networking Lunch, and Closing Night Party
  • Spouse/Companion Registration includes: VenueConnect Opening Night Reception, Tradeshow, lunch on the Tradeshow floor, Networking Lunch, and Closing Night Party

Member rates apply to individuals with current membership status at the time of registration. For additional membership information, please contact the IAVM Membership Department at membership@iavm.org or 972.906.7441.

Payment
All payments are due in full by Friday, July 16th and must be submitted in U.S. funds. International wire transfers incur a US$25 fee. 
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund requests must be made via email to IAVM Meetings Department at meetings@iavm.org. Fees are calculated based on the full cost of registration and the date cancellation request is submitted.
 
If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason, someone else from their venue/company may attend in their place with written notice up to 2-weeks prior to the event start date. If a cancellation is necessary, the following refund deadlines apply:
  • Cancellation request submitted on or before June 25, 2021: FULL refund
  • Cancellation request submitted after June 25, 2021: 25% refund
  • Optional fees (including, but not limited to: golf and pre-conference workshops) are non-refundable from the time of purchase

The above cancellation deadlines apply to PAID, UNPAID, and partially paid registrations. Invoiced no-shows will be billed as a cancellation accordingly. Late requests for refunds due to special circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Rollover Policy
There will be NO rollover options in the future. If a registrant is unable to attend, and the venue is not able to send another attendee, registration will be refunded based on the above cancellation deadlines.

COVID-19 and Other Infectious and/or Communicable Diseases, Viruses, Bacteria or Illnesses
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any place where people gather. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By attending any event held by IAVM, you assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting COVID-19 or any other communicable disease or illness, or a bacteria, virus, or other pathogens capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether occurring before, during, or after the event, however, caused or contracted, and voluntarily waive all claims and potential claims against IAVM, event promoters, vendors, and their affiliated companies, and any of their respective present and future subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, members, officers, directors, employees, stakeholders, shareholders, agents, other representatives, successors and assigns and their affiliated companies relating to such risks.

IAVM's Event Cancellation or Postponement Policy 
IAVM reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event due to low participation, severe weather, or any other circumstance which would make the event non-viable. If IAVM cancels an event, registrants are eligible for a full refund. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, registrants have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date. IAVM is not responsible for travel arrangements or any other actual or perceived loss due to cancellation or postponement of an event.

Photo Waiver
By attending this event, you grant IAVM the right to photograph you and your property. You also authorize IAVM to copyright, use, and publish said photographs with or without your name for any lawful purpose.
