Conference networking events give you face-to-face time with your target market and the opportunity to meet with decision makers in a relaxed setting. Your company name and logo will appear on sponsorship recognition signage at the event and for the duration of the conference, in marketing materials and you will have the opportunity to provide reception accessories.
As the sponsor of the cocktail reception immediately preceding the annual awards banquet, your company name and logo will appear on signage and you will be able to distribute company literature from a tabletop exhibit at the event. Sponsorship includes 50 drink tickets.

Sponsor the conference bags and your logo will also be embroidered on the bags which will become a walking advertisement for your company. Attendees use the DoD bags for years to come.

Attendees will spend hours in educational sessions, and they could be looking at your logo the whole time. Conference pens or notepads can have your company logo and brief contact information printed on them. Plus, the benefits of this opportunity will last once the sessions are over.
Includes full-page, back-cover, color advertisement on the Onsite Guide that is distributed to all attendees.
