Hospitality Suites and Meeting Rooms

Only FRI exhibitors have the opportunity to host meetings or events at FRI properties. Whether you are hosting a customer event, a users meeting or meeting with your sales staff, we can help you with the location. (Excludes Department of Defense headquarters hotel.)

Ways to get more out of your expo experience:

  • Publicize your participation prior to the show. Let your customers and prospects know where you'll be and what you have to offer them at your booth.
  • Plan special events like raffles or giveaways. Your entry forms can ask demographic information that will qualify your leads after the show.
  • Create an inviting exhibit that is visually interesting and facilities interaction between attendees and your employees. Don't forget to train your employees to engage attendees and invite them in.
  • Enhance your exhibiting skills through our practical exhibitor information in the exhibitor newsletters.
