Information about your Tabletop Exhibit
Tabletop exhibits are provided to all sponsors of the 2012 VCOS Symposium in the Sun. When you arrive, go to the Registration area on the lobby level. You will see your company name posted on your assigned table. Please let Kasey McNeil at kmcneil@iafc.org or 703-896-4829 know in advance if you have any special needs.
Table Set-Up: Wednesday, November 7 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Table Tear-Down: Saturday, November 10 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Exhibit Hours/Schedule: Thursday, November 8 7:00am – 5:00pm

This unique opportunity is open to one company that wishes to shine—a company representative will be invited to deliver brief remarks to open and close the day. Pre-conference workshop attendees are engaged and eager to learn about your product or service.

Greet attendees as they begin their day with a continental breakfast sponsorship. This opportunity will generate plenty of appreciation from attendees. Limit three.
Networking Reception ($5,000)
