Vehicle Display Request Form

Deadline: February 25

All exhibiting companies that plan to have a vehicle or apparatus displayed in their booth must complete this form.

Vehicle regulations:  any fuel-powered vehicle on static display must:

• Each vehicle shall have ¼ or below of fuel; and
• The fuel cap must be locked or sealed by tape; and,
• The batteries must be disconnected; and,
• One key to each vehicle shall remain in the exhibitor’s booth at all times so that the vehicle may be removed in your event of a fire

All portable motorized equipment such as generators, fans, multiple light towers, etc. on display will be required to have empty fuel tanks.
Apparatus and trailers to be displayed in your booth MUST be at the dock between 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM on Tuesday, March 22.
