Welcome to the ILTA 2021 conference site.

A few things to remember while registering for the conference:

  • Renew or Join ILTA to take advantage of member discounts on conference rates. If you are a member, sign in to your account.
  • There is no cost to walk the trade show floor, but a badge is required. Everyone must register. All other events require a fee.
  • The conference registration fee is for the entire length of the conference, but it does not include post-conference training.
  • Single-Day registration is not available.
  • Non-profit, state, and federal employees and full-time students are invited to participate at no charge.
  • Full conference fees include two breakfasts, lunches, and receptions and admission to all trade show events.
  • All attendees must be 18 years of age. Please email John if you have any questions.
  • Credentialed media are invited to attend the conference and trade show. Please email John for more information or to register

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in writing and emailed to registrations@ilta.org. Cancellations received by September 3, 2021 will receive a full refund. Cancellations after September 3, 2021 will receive a refund, less a $100 administrative fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations after the close of business on October 1, 2021. No-shows will not be refunded. Substitutions from your organization for the same event are always welcome.

Changes to Conference and Agenda: ILTA reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event, to change the location, or alter the advertised speakers for an event. ILTA is not responsible for any loss or damage due to substitution, alteration, postponement, or cancellation of an event due to causes beyond its control, including, without limitation, acts of God, natural disasters, sabotage, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism, or infectious diseases. If a conference is canceled, ILTA is not liable for any costs incurred by attendees connected with their attendance.
