Participation terms and conditions:

• Waived conference fees are limited to two per session
• To receive the waived conference fee, speakers must meet all deadlines for contracts, agreements, presentations, audio-visual requests, etc.
• All travel, housing and per diem costs are the responsibility of the presenters.  MGMA does not reimburse any expenses for presenters at the Annual Conference unless otherwise specified
• Speakers may not promote any products or services
