NAIS Annual Conference 2010

Adapt, Survive, and Thrive: Unleashing the Superpowers Within


The National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS) invites your company to exhibit at the 2010 NAIS Annual Conference, February 25 - February 26, 2010, at the Moscone Convention Center West, San Francisco, CA, USA.

 

Join NAIS for the largest annual gathering of independent school attendees, which will be held in San Francisco this year, as we explore this year’s conference theme Adapt, Survive, and Thrive: Unleashing the Superpowers Within.

Exhibitors are an important part of the Annual Conference and we hope to make exhibiting with us a productive and enjoyable experience for you and your company. In the Exhibit Hall, we will offer meals, special events, the NAIS Member Resource Booth, and prize drawings. In addition, the Exhibit Hall will host the Cyber Café, activities, receptions, and the NAIS Bookstore to keep attendees moving through the hall.

2010 EXHIBIT HALL HOURS
Thursday, February 25, 11:00 am - 3:00 pm and 4:30 - 6:00 pm
Friday, February 26, 8:00 - 9:30 am and 11:00 am - 2:00 pm

Booth set-up will occur Wednesday, February 24, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Dismantling exhibits before 2:00 pm, February 26, is strictly prohibited. Violators will not be invited to exhibit at future NAIS events. NAIS will provide security during show hours and while the Exhibit Hall is active. During the times the Exhibit Hall is closed, we hope exhibitors will join us in the general sessions.

SPONSORSHIP AND SPECIAL OPPORTUNITIES

Sponsorships - 2010 Annual Conference Sponsorships
In 2010, NAIS will offer a tiered sponsorship program. Become a Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Bronze sponsor at the conference to gain increased, lasting visibility with attendees. For more information, contact Michael Rease at (202) 973-9740 or rease@nais.org.

            Passport Validation
            For only $200, become an official Passport Validation Station. Attendees must visit these booths to get their passports stamped
            by 20 of the Validation Stations in order to enter the conference Grand Prize Drawing.

Exhibit Hall Raffle
Contribute a prize to the raffle. A prize board will be prominently displayed with your company name, booth, and prize information.

Exhibit Booth
Includes two (2) complimentary conference registrations, a 10' x 10' or 10' x 20' booth with an 8' back drape and 3' side drape, a standard booth sign, and an attendee list prior to the conference.*

Tables
Includes one (1) complimentary conference registration, a six-foot draped, 36" high table and chair in the Pavilion of Nonprofits, a standard booth sign, and an attendee list prior to the conference.*

IMPORTANT NOTE: NAIS does not permit direct sales on the show floor.


NAIS CANCELLATION POLICY
All booth cancellations must be received 90 days prior to the conference in order to receive a refund. NAIS will issue a full refund, minus a $200 administration fee, to all companies that cancel booth reservations within this timeframe. Companies canceling after this period will not be eligible for a refund. Last date for cancellations: November 24, 2009.
