Submit a Proposal

To begin, just fill in your First Name, Last Name and E-Mail Address in the "Create Your Login" section of the sign-in page. You will then be directed to a screen with your eCode. Once your account has been created, just click on "Submit a Proposal" to go to the form.

Programming will be focused on these visionary 21st century topics:

  • Creating and Supporting Learning Environments: Tools or programs that highlight safe and robust infrastructure, 24x7 access & portals, innovative facility designs, enhanced communication channels, improved business practices, green technologies, and data systems.
  • Digital Content: Examples where learning has been transformed and/or achievement increased by the use of digital resources, including virtual schools and distance learning; open resources; innovative devices for access; Web 2.0 tools, and intellectual property and digital literacy issues; personalized learning portfolios.
  • Education Technology Policy and Leadership: Latest legal issues including cyber safety, sexting, student-faculty communications in a Web 2.0 world; strategies to engage the community, build community partnerships or pass bonds; use of data to govern.
  • International Perspectives: Projects and tools that support international collaboration between teachers & students; comparisons that provide global perspectives on the use of technology to enhance learning; or examples of the changing global marketplace.
  • Professional Development Communities: Strategies around the content, design, or delivery of professional development; examples that create a culture for the use of data and support models of continuous improvement.
  • Race to the Top Reforms: Specific strategies that use to technology solutions that address Standards & Assessments, Collection and Use of Data, Attracting & Retaining Effective Teachers, or Turning around Low Achieving Schools.
  • S.T.E.M.: Initiatives that engage the community, excite students, prepare teachers, involve local business & academic partners, or create compelling career pathways to enhance science, technology engineering, and math.
