Salt River Outfitters consist of over three thousand acres of some of the best private land you can find in Kentucky . We only hunt at the most successful times so that we do not put any pressure on the farms until the time is right . This allows you to hunt unpressured mature bucks , we also have a 120" limit that allows the bucks to get to a certain age class before they can be harvested . We have every type of terrain you can imagine, from open hardwoods to cedar thickets to open rolling fields and crop land. We also have several bourbon distilleries that you can tour while you are here so that you can learn the rich history that is behind this historic beverage, and you get to sample some of it as well .
