ExhibitOR BOOTH Information
The layout is updated daily. Booths are color coded as to availability; the key is across the top left of the layout.
Booth size is 10’ x 10’. Standard drapery backs eight feet high, side rail dividers three feet high, booth identification sign, one eight foot table, two chairs and one wastebasket are included in the booth fee.
Electricity, telephone, internet and carpet are not included in the booth fee. These services will be offered through the show service contractor in the exhibitor service kit.
2012 Booth prices:
Initial corner booth - $875.00
Additional corner booths - $840.00 each
Initial inline booth - $775.00
Additional inline booths - $745.00 each
To purchase a booth:
1. Download the exhibitor contract.
2. Select your 1st, 2nd and 3rd booth choices.
3. Complete the exhibitor contract and e-mail, fax or mail it along with deposit.
4. Once the contract and deposit are received a booth confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
Booth balances must be paid in full by December 1, 2011.

EXHIBITOR MOVE-IN
Exhibitor move-in and set up will be on Thursday, February 9, 2012 from 8:30 am to 10 pm.
Exhibitors must pick up their exhibitor packets from exhibitor check-in by 10 pm on Thursday. Exhibitor check-in is located on aisle 1000.

SHOW HOURS
The exhibit hall opens to the public as follows:
Friday, February 10, 2012 from 9 am to 7 pm
Saturday, February 11, 2012 from 8:30 am to 6 pm
Sunday, February 12, 2012 from 9 am to 4 pm
Exhibitors will be allowed entry to the exhibit hall one hour prior to the hall opening to the public.

EXHIBITOR BADGES
You will receive 5 complimentary exhibitor badges per 10’ x 10’ booth purchased.
Names for badges will be collected January 16th – 27th, 2012.
Exhibitor badges must be picked up at exhibitor check-in by 10 p.m. on Thursday, February 9th. Exhibitor check-in will be located on aisle 1000 in the exhibit hall.
Additional exhibitor badges can be purchased for $15 each at exhibitor check-in on Thursday only.
If you do not pick your exhibitor badges up by 10 p.m. on Thursday you will have to purchase a day pass on friday to enter the exhibit hall in order to pick up your badges.

EXHIBITOR PARKING
Exhibitors may park for $5 a day in Lot E of the Gaylord Opryland Resort Hotel and Convention Center. Shuttles will run from Lot E to the Convention Center beginning at 7 a.m. Friday thru Sunday.

TRANSIENT VENDOR LICENSE
Exhibitors who receive payment for merchandise or services at their booth at the NWTF convention are required by the state of Tennessee to obtain a permit to conduct business. You may also purchase the license during exhibitor set up on Thursday, February 9th at booth 1027.

SALES TAX
Exhibitors at the NWTF convention are required to report taxable sales to the Tennessee Department of Revenue.
Sales tax for items sold during the convention will be collected by the Tennessee Department of Revenue in booth 1027 on Sunday of the show. The tax rate is 9.25%.

NOTICE: ANYTHING WITH WHEELS AND A MOTOR in an exhibitor booth must be approved by the NWTF. Only Chevrolet vehicles are permitted in the exhibit hall. If you are planning to display a vehicle, ATV, motorcycle, etc. in your booth you must contact Danny Young, Vice President of Marketing, at (803) 637-7401 or dyoung@nwtf.net

2013 BOOTH SELECTION – BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
Only exhibitors at the 2012 show are eligible to register for a booth for the 2013 show.
Appointments for 2013 booth selection will be posted on this page the first week of February 2012. Appointment times will also be posted at exhibitor check-in.
A 2013 exhibitor contract will be included in the exhibitor packet to be picked up on Thursday. Please complete the exhibitor contract before your appointment.
