Process Sensing Technologies offer a range of industrial oxygen sensors to suit various applications in medical, industrial and transportation markets. Our robust and versatile oxygen sensors provide high quality, performance and accuracy. From compact, retrofit electrochemical and optical designs to robust stainless steel zirconia sensors, we have a solution to fit all.
Our robust oxygen sensors can with stand environments where they are exposed to extreme pressures and temperatures, high humidity and dirt as they have a high insensitivity to such environmental factors. Customization is something we strongly recommend. If our standard product range is not suitable, speak to our engineers as they can we can work with you to design a customised solution that meets your exact specifications. Whether that be adding cabling, changing electrical connections, outputs or housing style, we will look at your requirements.
FDA-approved medical electrochemical oxygen sensors for all major brands and models of medical respirators, ventilators and medical breathing gases. Manufactured in the USA.
We produce oxygen sensors for the most advanced life-support systems used in intensive care and emergency medicine, as well as in outpatient care such as devices for respiratory treatment, anesthesia, incubators, lung function and ventilation technology.
Ensuring patient safety
- Our ranges of medical oxygen sensors and devices are FDA-approved, so clinics can rely on them with confidence.
- Outstanding long term stability – at reasonable cost
- Our medical sensors meet the rigorous quality demands of healthcare. To meet the increasing cost and maintenance challenges of hospitals, we offer versions of our gas sensors with extended life-time.
FDA compliant quality
- Our quality system is built on decades of supplying oxygen sensors to critical healthcare applications. Every single sensor passes a number of inspections throughout the manufacturing process as well as a rigorous automated final inspection where all sensor details are logged into our central database.
Customized OEM medical sensors
- We routinely develop customized gas sensors for healthcare OEM customers, tailored to their designs and specifications.
PST gas sensors are designed with patented nondispersive infrared technology for the detection and measurement of the presence of refrigerant gases. To meet the growing need for lower global warming potential (GWP) refrigerant gases, Dynament offers sensors for both flammable (A3, A2, A2L) and non-flammable (A1) refrigerants. The Dynament Platinum NDIR sensor has a twenty-year history of meeting and exceeding gas detection needs in the most challenging of environmental applications. The Axiom series platform provides a linearized, high-resolution measurement of refrigerant gases over the lower explosive limit range.
Sensor ranges:
- R32 0-15% volume
- R454B 0-12% volume
- R454C 0-15% volume
- R290 0-2% volume
- R744 0-5% volume
- R744 0-500 ppm
Widest range of optical liquid level detection sensors available for any oil/ water-based liquid, reliably detecting the absence or presence of liquids in an application where status is critical.
Including the newly launched Hazardous area-approved, intrinsically safe optical liquid level switch, designed and certified for use in demanding applications where direct contact with hydrocarbons, fuels, and flammable or explosive liquids is likely.
Using infrared technology and the principle of total internal reflection, our liquid level switches detect the presence or absence of most liquids. An almost instantaneous response time is standard, and switch point repeatability is +/- 1 mm.
PST's liquid level switches have an operating temperature range between -30°C and +80°C (-22°F…+176°F). Stainless steel housing and a choice of sensing tip materials ensure they are extremely robust and resistant to chemical attack.
PST provide a range of market leading CO2 sensors using unique infrared technology. The infrared CO2 sensors offer ultra fast response time, low power, ambient and wide ranges from 0-2000ppm to 100% CO2. Our solid state CO2 sensors are used all over the world – on land, under the seas, and in the skies. Our core sensor range is suitable for a wide variety of markets including air quality, HVAC, healthcare, horticulture, food processing, transportation, industrial safety and aerospace sectors.
Non-dispersive infrared gas sensors for hydrocarbon gases. The sensors are specially characterized during manufacturing to measure a wide range of hydrocarbon gases, including methane (CH4) and propane (C3H8) over a wide, selective range, up-to 0-100% volume.
Range of nitrous oxide infrared sensors that measure N2O gas over a range from 0-1% volume. The sensors are designed with non-dispersive infrared technology and respond to nitrous oxide.
The sensors are available in Platinum and Standard Series. The Platinum Series sensors contain all the necessary optics, electronics and firmware to provide a linearized, temperature-compensated output. The Standard Series provide a 'raw' signal output which require the user to provide their own drive electronics and software to derive the gas concentration, apply linearization and temperature compensation.
For Hydrogen, Binary Gas and Gas Mixtures Measurement. A lightweight and compact binary gas analyzer for measuring gas mixtures – such as air in argon or carbon dioxide in air. Suitable for installation in safe areas the XTC501 has a tough, IP55-rated housing. Available with an optional display and 4-button interface, the analyzer is easy to install, configure and operate.
