    Tebis America, a leading software company specializing in CAD/CAM systems for design and manufacturing—servicing the tool, die, mold, aerospace and automotive manufacturing industries, has announced the appointment of two new product and applications specialists to service the Canadian market and in particular Ontario. The announcement was made by David Klotz, CEO and president of Tebis America.

    The new product and applications specialists are Mike Mazloum and Antonio Sieza. Mazloum has more than 20 years of experience in CAD/CAM programming and machining, including multiple years with Active Burgess Mold and Design. Sieza was most recently with Kapco Tool & Die, Windsor as CAD/CAM programmer and machinist. Prior to that he owned his own tool shop.

    The bolstering of the Ontario presence along with the opening of a Southeast U.S. office, an Orange County, CA office and a move to larger corporate headquarters in Troy, MI all have contributed to the continued success of Tebis America. Tebis has seen a significant increase in sales over last year’s reporting and has also shown a pronounced increase in the number of new customers.

    David Klotz said, “Ontario is a hot bed for the tool, die and mold industry, along with the aerospace industry and has represented significant opportunities for Tebis. The addition of Mike and Antonio will help support our large and growing customer base in Ontario, as well as other provinces of Canada.     According to Klotz “The appointment of a distributor in Mexico is another step in our continued growth plan. Mexico is rich in manufacturing and Software y Aplicaciones will provide customers and prospects in the area with hands-on sales and service in a timely fashion.”
