Experience a whole new level of operation through the power of precision cutting automation. TigerStop is the worldwide leader in stop gauge and material positioning systems for rapid, precise positioning of almost any material.

You’ll find our products hard at work in manufacturing facilities around the globe.

TigerStop was founded in 1994 by Spencer Dick, who, as the owner of a thriving manufacturing business, became frustrated with the inherent inefficiencies of his machine operators stopping to reset and recalibrate whenever they were cutting or processing material to various lengths. Spencer also noticed that regardless of how carefully material was measured, the end results were always of slightly different dimensions. He founded TigerStop to automate cutting, boring, punching, and machining processes so that fast and accurate parts, whether wood, metal, or plastic, would result each and every time.

TigerStop products help optimize and improve the accuracy of all lineal processes. Add-on products easily and affordably integrate with existing equipment, while TigerStop’s fully integrated systems provide a turn-key material processing and positioning solution.

Headquartered in Washington State, TigerStop is a U.S. manufacturer with a second manufacturing and distribution facility in Wierden, Netherlands, a distribution network spanning six continents, and product support in five languages.  We were there the moment “measure twice, cut once” became a thing of the past and we continue to maintain the same aggressive research and development effort that started it all. We now have over 100 patents, awarded or pending, to our name. We know what it takes to be fast, accurate, and reliable – and how to maintain a cutting edge.

  •    SawGear Tables to Have More Robust Leg Structure

New Product Offering Provides Better Stability for Lineal Cutting

    Productivity, Accuracy and Portability

Vancouver, WA (September 6, 2017) - SawGear, the highly portable, automatic lineal cutting system made by TigerStop, has added a more robust leg structure to its optional job site tables https://www.tigerstop.com/products/sawgear/ . The new table legs were launched September 5th and provide increased stability. The new SawGear legs branch in two directions from a direct connection point. They are connected at the top to the table with a sheet metal faceplate. The tables come in three different lengths to accommodate the 8-, 12-, or 16-foot working length SawGear.

“SawGear’s are being used on jobsites as well as in workshops and heavy industrial locations, so it made sense to strengthen the table leg design,” said Simon Spykerman, TigerStop’s Director of Marketing.  “Rather than a single stand with tripod, the new legs branch in two directions from a direct connection point and provide even more stability.”

SawGear Table design incorporates a hinge system with the new, collapsible leg structure, making the tables easily transportable, simple to level and quick to set-up and break down. Also available are customizable in-feed tables.

SawGear easily attaches to: either side of a miter saw, chop saw, double miter saw, vertical panel saw, and can even be integrated onto an Ironworker shear or punch.  SawGear is an automated stop.  Simply enter lengths into SawGear’s keypad, eliminating the need for repeated measuring, which saves time, reduces material waste and vastly increases efficiency.  SawGear provides automatic and accurate length measuring in the shop or on the jobsite.

  • AutoLoader Added to TigerSaw 2000 Automated Optimizing Saw

    Customizable, turn-key automatic infeed station.

Vancouver, WA (September 14, 2017) - TigerStop has just announced the addition of AutoLoader Automatic Infeed Station, an integration for the TigerSaw 2000 saw system. With the AutoLoader, an operator can load five pieces of material at a time, reducing material handling and increasing operator capacity for performing value-added tasks, such as sorting finished parts. These parts can be inkjet or label-printed with custom information, facilitating fast and accurate sorting.

The AutoLoader can accommodate material from 4-feet to 30-feet in length and can be configured with up to seven stations in either 3-foot or 6-foot lengths.

“Our new AutoLoader is a powerful labor efficiency tool,” states Rakesh Sridharan, CEO of TigerStop. “It will allow TigerSaw 2000 to run at maximum capacity with a single operator, providing significant savings on labor costs.”

TigerSaw 2000 is a fully automated optimizing push feed saw station for processing non-ferrous metals like aluminum. It includes an adjustable cutting envelope, Dynamic Optimization software, and inkjet or label printing. In addition, TigerSaw 2000’s patented spray mist coolant delivers best in class cut quality.

The new AutoLoader for TigerSaw 2000 Features:

    • Robust loading capacity: Each station is designed to load material forward with a weight capacity of up to 100 lbs. per set of loading station dogs.

    • Flexible material length capacities: The AutoLoader will accommodate material ranging from 4-feet to 30-feet.

    • Custom loading station: Customize the number of Automatic Infeed Stations based on the length of the material needed to process. Integrate anywhere from 2-7 stations in 3-foot or 6-foot lengths.

    • Sensors: Allow loading station to recognize when material is pressed against the back fence, signaling that the material is ready to be processed through the saw and to continue feeding material until more is needed or the cut list is complete.

    • Safety: Switch and kill line runs the entire length of the Infeed Station.

  • AutoLoader
TigerStop introduces AutoLoader, an Automatic Infeed Station for the TigerSaw 2000, our optimizing push feed saw station for cutting non-ferrous metals. AutoLoader let’s you load five parts at once, aiding throughput without adding labor costs....

  • The AutoLoader automatically indexes material into the saw, freeing the operator to perform additional value-add tasks such as sorting finished parts.

With the AutoLoader integration the operator only has to walk the length of the machine once every five stock lengths or stock bundles versus once every single stock length- reducing workspace travel time by up to 80%. That way one operator can run the saw at its maximum capacity.

The AutoLoader is configurable to your operation. Customize the number of Automatic Infeed Stations based on the length of the material you need to process. You can integrate anywhere from 2-7 stations in 3 or 6 foot increments, which will accommodate material ranging from 4 feet to 30 feet.

The TigerSaw 2000 includes an adjustable cutting envelope, Dynamic Optimization software, and inkjet or label printing. It also has patented spray mist coolant that delivers best in class cut quality.
