  • Our Hastelloy product has been developed specifically for Additive manufacturing for applications that require strength in high-pressure and corrosive environments. Our hastelloy X and C are spherical powders designed to meet particle specification for AM. These alloys are well suited for Oil &Gas and Chemical industry applications. This material can be made to meet customer specifications. These powders are now available in the following size ranges 0-15um, 15-45um,45-75um, 75-106um,106-150um,150-325um

    Our CNPC-Hastelloy X’s chemical composition is as follows (%) Cr 20.5-23, Mo 8- 10, Fe 17-20. The oxygen content ranges from 0.02-0.03 % and has an apparent density of 4.0-5.0 g/cm3.

    Our CNPC-Hastelloy C’s chemical composition is as follows (%) Cr15-16.5, Mo 15-17, Fe 40.7, W 3-4.5, Co 1.5-2.5. The oxygen content ranges from 0.02-0.03 % and has an apparent density of 4.0-5.0 g/cm3.

    This product has been developed specifically for Additive manufacturing for applications that need to handle harsh environments where strength and corrosion resistance is required.  Our Inconel 625 and 718 are spherical powders designed to meet particle specifcations for AM. These powders are now available in the following size ranges 0-15um, 15-45um,45-75um, 75-106um,106-150um,150-325um.

  • Our Stainless Steel powders have been redesigned specifically for additive manufacturing processes.  Our Stainless Steel powders are spherical in shape and designed to meet particle specifications for additive manufacturing. This family of materials includes 304,316, 410, 420, 430, and 17-4PH. These materials are well suited as structural parts for a variety of industries.

    CNPC-SS304L’s chemical composition is as follows (%) Cr18-20, Ni8-12, C 0.03. The oxygen content ranges from 0.5 -0.8 % and has an apparent density of 3.5 - 5 g/cm3.

    Kovar powder can meet additive manufacturing needs for controlled thermal expansion of a part.  Our Kovar powder is spherical in shape and designed to meet particle specification for AM processes. This material can be made to meet customer specifications. In our experience this has a number of applications where hermetic seals need to be maintained.
