Elcan Industries’ new line of Hi-Sifter screening machines that has proven to be perfect for the additive manufacturing industry.  Numerous companies have successfully tested products at Elcan’s facility and have begun purchasing the screeners.  Several positive trials on titanium powders and other metal alloys that are used in the 3D printing process have proven capability to remove 10 microns and below particles enabling better printing performance. The high energy being transferred to the screen allows for hard to screen metal alloys to flow seamlessly through the screen. 

Elcan Industries now also offers a line of RHEWUM equipment to compliment their Hi-Sifter and Minox lines. RHEWUM specializes in advanced screening equipment for a number of industries. RHEWUM rectangular screeners can come in multiple decks and employ a direct excitation to the screen to make separations quickly and efficiently.

    The entire body and all product contact areas of the machine are polished stainless steel and allow for zero contamination.
