This latest edition of the ISO 9001 quality management standard covers design, development, production and service and ensures the company has a process for continuous improvement in all four areas.

    The ISO quality system was developed in order to establish an internationally recognized standard of quality. Today, the ISO 9001:2015 standard is recognized in over 150 countries. ISO 9001:2015 requires certification by an independent certification body and annual audits to ensure conformance to the standard. Additionally, companies must carry out regular performance reviews through internal audits and meetings.

  • KENT, Wash., Sept. 12, 2016 – OMAX Corporation recently launched its new Digital Customer Dashboard. This customer-centric digital initiative allows the company to further strengthen its service and support as well as streamline the overall parts-purchasing experience for customers. At IMTS, service and support experts were available in booth N-6228 to discuss and demo the new Customer Dashboard.  

    OMAX meticulously developed its Customer Dashboard, which features the company’s new Marketplace e-commerce interface, to provide customers a personalized, all-encompassing and convenient digital support experience. In today’s business world where late nights and weekends are typical, the dashboard caters to the hectic schedules of OMAX customers that can range from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups to job shops – all with constantly changing needs and priorities.
