  • TENDO Slim 4ax
The TENDO Slim 4ax is a hydraulic drop in replacement for heat shrink tool holders in axial applications. Holder profile is same exact DIN standard as shrink fit. Provides quick and easy tool changes....

  • Slim heat shrinking contours on the outside, clever hydraulic expansion technology on the inside! With the SCHUNK TENDO Slim 4ax it is possible for the first time to combine the complete outside geometry of heat shrinking mountings with the proven qualities of the SCHUNK hydraulic expansion technology. The slim precision mounting makes it ideal for axial machining at high precision and has excellent vibration damping. The TENDO Slim 4ax has the exact heat shrinking contour as per DIN 69882-8, so it can plug and play into existing processes without having to reprogram the machine.

    • The ultimate when it comes to axial machining; Boring, counterboring, chamfering, reaming, and threading in 5-axis centers for die/mold construction.

    • Permanent run-out and repeat accuracy of less than < 0.003 mm. This assures best surface results due to a uniform cutting action and highest reproducibility. Your advantage: safe and precise machining.

    • Good radial rigidity for the best shape accuracy. A robust base body prevents lateral deflection during the cutting process.

    • Optimal surface quality due to vibration damping that produces surfaces without chatter marks.

    • Suitable for HSC machining – fine-balanced as standard. Suitable for high rotation speeds with a balancing grade of G 2.5 at 25,000 rpm.

    • The hydraulic system has excellent vibration dampening, which ensures high surface quality, protection of the machine spindle, increased service life, and reduced costs.

    • High degree of flexibility due to the use of intermediate sleeves.

    • Plug and play in existing processes without reprogramming.

    • The completely closed system is maintenance free and has a long service life.

The KONTEC KSC-F single-acting vises are perfect for palletizing systems, based on the successful KONTEC KSC centric clamping vises. Due to a modular system, VERO-S interface, and 160° quick clamping, the vises can adjust to new tasks in minimal time....

  • Are you looking for a highly efficient universal vise for raw and finished parts machining?
Then we have the right product for you! Check out the SCHUNK KONTEC KSC-F single-acting clamping vise with fixed jaw in sizes 80, 125, and 160. All are suitable for use in automated machine loading, as well as universal single parts machining. The KSC-F single-acting vises are the perfect equipment for palletizing systems. Thanks to its modular system, VERO-S interface, and 160° quick clamping, the vises can be adjusted to new clamping tasks in minimal time.

    • Extremely flat design for maximum utilization of space.
    • Easy, quick, and secure workpiece clamping via torque wrench.
    • High clamping forces ensure process reliability during machining.
    • A large clamping range allows for a use with a wide variety of workpieces.
    • Lateral drainage slots allow for drainage of coolant and chips.
    • Suitable for machining of finished and unfinished parts.
    • A range of jaw offerings are able to easily adjust to new clamping tasks.
    • A long base jaw guidance gives optimal jaw support for O.D. and I.D. clamping, and allows for high clamping forces and a long service life.
    • Clamping by tension means absolutely no bending of the base body.
