Established in 1951,  Southwestern Industries (SWI) is an American based company that specializes in CNC technology for small lot machining.

At this year's Mfg4 show, SWI will exhibit its product lines at two different but adjacent booths (#1351 and #1451).

Booth #1351 will contain SWI's TRAK line of lathes and mills with ProtoTRAK CNC controls designed for one-off and small lot work.

Booth #1451 will contain SWI's TRAK line of lathes and vertical machining centers designed for high-mix/low-volume work.  This booth will feature the TRAK 2OP portable VMC for second operations.  Designed to bring a second spindle quickly and easily to an operator idled by the cycle time of his primary machine, the TRAK 2OP enables the establishment of highly efficient work cells in a high-mix/low-volume workplace.  In certain applications, it can also be utilized as a "stand-alone" VMC.

Under the brand names TRAK and ProtoTRAK, SWI is dedicated to the design, manufacture, sales and support of innovative, technology driven products. Productivity, quality, and value in one complete package - backed by superior service and support.
