To reserve exhibit space online you must first set-up an account to receive a password. Please click here to create your login and begin.
Payment for online reservations can be made by check or credit card.
Payment is due as follows:
For exhibit space reserved prior to October 4, 2011, a 50 percent deposit is due within 30 days of booth reservation date. Booths will not be held longer than 30 days. Final payment of exhibit space is due October 4, 2011. Beginning October 4, 2011, 100 percent of payment is due with this contract to TCEA in order to reserve exhibit space.
View the floor plan for an up-to-date view of available exhibit space, as well as a list of current exhibitors and their locations.
Indicate the booth numbers of your top three choices on the Exhibit Space Rental Agreement and return it to TCEA along with your payment.

Review the height guidelines in Exhibit Display Rules and Regulations to verify your exhibit conforms to the space you’ve selected.
