Booths do not include electrical, carpet, or furnishings. These items may be rented from Freeman, the official general service contractor, or provided by the exhibitor. All exhibitors are required to provide some type of floor covering for their exhibit space. For your budget considerations, estimates are listed below.
Other Budget Considerations Items listed below are based on 2011 early rate pricing and are estimates only of the 2012 pricing. Actual pricing will be available in the Exhibitor Service Kit beginning in October. Carpet- Standard $124. All exhibitors are required to provide some type of floor covering for their entire exhibit space. You may provide your own or purchase through Freeman, TCEA’s official show decorator. Electrical and Internet – 120 Volt Outlet 0-1000 Watts ( 8 Amps ) $68; Wired Internet Connection $500. Show Management does not provide electricity. The Austin Convention Center offers complimentary-limited wireless internet throughout the facility. Tables and Chairs – Standard 6’ draped table $95; Basic Side Chair $37. Material Handling – You are responsible for the fees associated with the movement of your freight within the hall. This applies to shipments received at the advance warehouse and to show site.
