WQA member discount 20%**

$225 nonrefundable Administration fee

**WQA Member Discount:  You must be a manufacturer/supplier member, in good standing (annual dues in the current year must be paid,) of WQA in order to take advantage of hte WQA member dscount for exhibit space.

Exhibit Space Total & Initial Payment Deposit (Early Bird Contract)

(Rental Fee - $2550 per 10' x 10' space)

A nonrefundable Administration Fee of $225 and Initial Payment of $500 per 10' x 10' exhibit space must be received by June 8, 2009, with the 2010 Early Bird Exhibit Space Contract.  A payment of 50% of the remaining Exhibit Space Total is due September 30, 2009. Payment of the remaining Exhibit Space Total is due January 8, 2010. If the payments due on September 30, 2009, and the January 8, 2010, are not received by their respective dates, the contracted exhibit space will be canceled.  No refunds are made on any cancellation of exhibit space.

Important information regarding On-line Contracts: WQA Aquatech USA reserves the right to adjust the amount due and make appropriate ministerial corrections if originally submitted information (including WQA membership) is not correct. WQA Aquatech USA's invoice to the exhibitor will indicate adjustments to amount due and the corrections made. WQA Aquatech USA will deem the adjustments and corrections as having been accepted if we do not hear from you within five working days of the invoice.
