How much does it cost to park?

How is exhibit space assigned?
|
|
Exhibit Space Contracts are made in accordance with WQA's Priority System for those exhibit space contracts recieved (with the required Initial Payment and Administration Fee) by June 11, 2010. Contracts received after June 11, 2011, will be assigned space on a first-come, first-served space-available basis and must be submitted with required initial payment deposit (Please note: this process may take a few weeks). You will recieve an email confirmation once your exhibit space is assigned. What is included in the fee for the exhibit space?

Each 10' x 10' space will be provided with the following:

8' high backdrop drapery and 36" side rail drapery (often referred to as "pipe and drape". Click here for photo.)
Note: Exhibit space furnishings, such as tables, chairs, etc., including carpeting, as well as labor, electrical, telephone, water, drain, and other services, will be at the expense of the exhibitor. Carpet for the exhibit space is mandatory.

If you are a speaker, you do not need to register for the conference. WQA will handle your registration and mail you your badge a few weeks before the conference.

No. WQA does not provide laptops; speakers must bring their own.

What A/V is provided by WQA?
|
|
For presentations in the meeting rooms (not for hands-on training), WQA provides a screen, LCD projector, and podium microphone. For presentations in the WQA booth, WQA provides a screen, LCD projector, hand-held microphone, and lavaliere microphone. For all other types of presentations, the speaker is responsible for all A/V.

How do I request additional A/V?
|
- Speakers presenting technical (not hands-on) and/or business presentations in the meeting rooms and in the WQA booth can request additional A/V by clicking on their presentation title and filling in the A/V field.
- Speakers presenting in their company’s booth must order A/V through the exhibitor service provider found in the Exhbitor Service Manual.
- Speakers presenting hands-on training in meeting rooms must order all A/V by using the presentation registration form for hands-on training.
