Our SQF certified, world-class facility is located in Caldwell, Idaho. Since 1977, we have been manufacturing and supplying customers with best quality products using the finest ingredients, time-tested recipes, innovative manufacturing processes, and proprietary fresh-freezing techniques. Today, Fresca produces about 5 million tortillas per day, employs over 175 full-time employees, and supplies our products to a wide variety of customers, all around the world.
