Founded by Sarah Wilcox and David O'Connor in 2015, Genuine Tea is a leader in the Third Wave Tea movement. David and Sarah lived in Taiwan for nearly five years where they studied Mandarin and learned from local tea masters about the cultivation, harvesting and processing of tea. Together they travelled to 20 countries throughout Asia in an effort to develop relationships with farmers and discover how different cultures enjoy tea in their own unique way.
