Northfork Bison operates one of the largest federally approved bison meat processing plants in Canada.We are intimately involved in every step of the process, from managing the natural grazing, to transportation, to processing and finally to packaging. The highest standards are applied throughout to ensure the absolute best quality products for our customers.

Wild Boar; a European delicacy enjoyed for centuries for its unique flavour.

Please note that growth hormones and antibiotics are not used to artificially accelerate growth in any of our animals. Also, specifically excluded from their diet are animal by-products, which have been associated with the spread of diseases within certain animal populations. 
 Northfork Bison meets or exceeds all CFIA, USDA, & FDA  guidelines established for game meats.
