2026 Booth Rates (CAD$)

$3,245 per 10’x10’ – Standard Rate

$2,985 per 10’x10’ – Special Bulk Rate (booking 6 booths or more)

$499 per corner (if applicable)

RC Business Associate Fee – Mandatory for all exhibitors to be in good standing

Inclusions & Reminders

  • Linear and corner booths include 8’ high back drape and 3’ high side drape in black. (Island booths do not include draping.)

  • Carpet/flooring is mandatory and can be ordered through Freeman.

  • Exhibitors receive alphabetical and category listings within the RC Show Mobile App.

  • Material handling for load-in/load-out is included and managed by Freeman.

  • Complimentary surface parking available for exhibitors.

Additional Information

  • Event Insurance: A valid Certificate of Insurance must be submitted prior to the event.

  • Electrical, furnishings, and other services are not included but can be ordered through our Official Show Suppliers in the Exhibitor Hub.

  • Banner hanging is available for island and peninsula booths only and can be ordered via the Showtech online portal.
