• SMAROBICS – Smart Software for Programming and Agile Robot Control (Aug 16, 2025)
  SMAROBICS is an intelligent robotic welding software researched and developed entirely by Weldcom —the first of its kind in Vietnam for the steel structure and sheet metal manufacturing industries. The solution enables direct import of 3D design files, automatically calculating weld paths and generating welding programs with precise parameters—without manual programming. The system identifies material thickness, suggests optimal welding parameters, processes complex profiles and gaps, and clearly separates the roles between the design department and robot operators. Welding programs are created independently in the CAD/CAM office and transmitted directly to the robots, saving up to 70% welding time, increasing arc-on time, and ensuring seamless production flow.
  SMAROBICS also allows manufacturers to minimize product changeover time, making it ideal for environments with diverse product models. It standardizes workflows, reduces dependence on individual operator skills, and improves the accuracy and consistency of welds. In addition, the system optimizes the use of existing equipment, reduces downtime, and maximizes the efficiency of current robotic lines.

• HN0630-S3F BRUCO – Versatile Intelligent Welding Gantry (Aug 16, 2025)
  The HN0630-S3F BRUCO is a next-generation welding gantry with a modern, versatile, and intelligent design, meeting diverse production requirements from structural beam welding and curved profiles to complex box sections, with stable operation and outstanding performance.
  Equipped with a laser tracking sensor and servo motor, the welding head automatically follows the weld profile at high speed, ensuring smooth, precise welds with no flange or web climbing defects. The system supports multiple welding positions: 2F for simultaneous double-flange welding, 1F for heavy-duty beams, and 1G for box beams, along with automatic torch angle adjustment for optimal penetration. An automatic flux feeding and recovery unit reduces manual handling while ensuring consistent weld quality.
  The intelligent control system features a bilingual (Vietnamese–English) interface, simple operation, and an automatic welding parameter library, allowing operators to quickly select and set optimal modes for various structures, minimizing setup time and ensuring stability in mass production.
