• Laser marking takes on a new dimension! (Jul 21, 2025)
  XS Inline is the smallest laser head in the world, this is the key feature of this integrated marking machine!  
  
  Due to its compact size, the XS Inline engraving machine can be easily integrated into a production line to mark all types of parts. It can be mounted on three sides to adapt to various configurations. 
  
  The XS Inline has been developed for continuous marking, operating 24/7. For enhanced performance and to enable data exchange with an internal network or control the machine via a field network (Ethernet/IP or Profinet), the XS Inline is equipped with network connectivity through its Ethernet ports. Inputs and outputs can be configured to allow complete interfacing with PLCs or other systems within the production environment.
  
  The XS Inline is controlled by intuitive software with advanced features that allow for easy configuration of marking files (alphanumeric, timestamp, logo, 1D and 2D codes, and images). Licenses can increase the software’s capabilities, including the Standalone license, which allows the machine to operate autonomously without human intervention during marking cycles. The machine can be controlled remotely, with or without a PC.

• GX Small, compact and ergonomics laser marking station (Jul 21, 2025)
  Designed for bench use, the GX Small laser engraving machine integrates easily into all production environments due to its compactness. 
  
  The marking head, housing, and controller are made of aluminum, providing significant resistance without compromising lightness. Its top handles allow for easy station movement. Its lightweight and compact controller can be placed and fixed on the station or remotely (up to 3 meters) to optimize space.
  
  Its strong point is its design, which offers superior ergonomics to the user. Its removable control remote allows for managing various parameters (Z-axis movement speed, marking start/stop, lighting management). Its L-shaped side opening allows for quick and simplified access to parts.
  
  The controller’s front panel has status indicators and safety buttons. Various connectors are easily accessible on the rear panel and an accessory can be connected (fume extractor or rotary axis). The GX Small’s Ethernet ports allow it to exchange data with an internal network or control the machine via a field network (Ethernet/IP or Profinet).
  
  The marking station comes with advanced-featured control software that allows for all types of markings. Not to be missed is the «Read & Verify» function, which allows for reading and verifying marked codes with a reader to ensure lisibility!

  A new compact marking head
  The head has an anodized aluminum frame with T slot compatible with standard mounting on 3 faces for a 360° use of the head. Lightweight and compact, it’s very easy to integrate. Its impact unit is the result of many developping years and has been proved on the Connect.series range. For a better lifespan, it has integrated protective bellows with Velcro fastening system to limit dust and liquids intrusion.
  
  A practical and performing controller
  It’s large 10’’ touch screen in tempered glass reminds us the Connect.series one. Robust, it has an ABS PC plastic shell, can be racked or panel mounted and can also be back mounted thanks to a VESA 100 system. It’s equipped with 3 USB port, up to 3 Ethernet port and a 16-channel cards fully configurable and programmable. Connectivity side, it’s compatible with Ethernet IP or Profinet to make data
  exchanges easier. The popular Switch feature is also enabled thanks to the controller.
