  Our architectural powder coatings are high performance, high quality, durable coatings developed specifically for architectural applications.  A great alternative to liquid coatings, VitraSOL powder coatings are suitable for use on aluminum surface for both interior and exterior applications.  Additionally, they offer excellent durability, good chemical resistance and incomparable mechanical performance.  VitraSOL products are designed to meet the AAMA Specifications 2603-21. 2604-22, and 2605-22.  The performance requirements for the application will determine which series should be used.

  • VitraSOL 3000 Series is designed to meet the specifications of AAMA 2603-21 which can be met with standard durability polyester products and high performance pigments.  AAMA 2603-21 specifications are generally used for residential and commercial applications.
  • VitraSOL 4000 Series is designed to meet specifications of AAMA 2604-22 which require the use of super durable polyesters and high performance pigments.  AAMA 2604-22 is usually specified for premium residential, commercial and architectural developments.
  • VitraSOL 5000 Series is designed to meet the most demanding weather and UV resistance of AAMA 2605-22 and require the use of fluoropolymer technology and high performance pigments.  Typically, AAMA 2605-22 specifications are used for prestigious and monumental projects.

  Vitracoat, Inc., the leading independent powder coating supplier in the Western Hemisphere, is proud to announce a major expansion of its manufacturing and operational facilities in Lerma, Mexico. The company is adding additional square footage to its existing infrastructure, increasing its total footprint to over half a million square feet. The final phases of the expansion will be completed in 2026.
