  Mooresville, NC (September 2025) — Patriot Metal Finishing Systems, a family-owned, American system integration leader since 1995, will showcase its integrated finishing technologies at FABTECH 2025 (September 8–11 at McCormick Place, Chicago), including the recent installation of a state-of-the-art powder coating system at Guardian Bikes, the only U.S. bicycle manufacturer.

  Patriot recently partnered with Guardian Bikes to design and install a complete powder coating system in Seymour, Indiana. The installation included an automated conveyor, multi-stage pretreatment, quick-color-change booth, dry-off oven, cure oven and 4 batch ovens—all optimized to support Guardian’s expansion of U.S. bicycle manufacturing. This system not only increases throughput but also ensures optimal finish quality while lowering environmental impact compared to traditional coating methods.
