  American Grinders is a custom batch powder coating manufacturer. Our operation is designed to provide fast and efficient solutions for custom batch production. We competitively produce batch sizes ranging from as small as 15lbs to as large as 60,000lbs.
  
  AMGR has the capability and experence to provide the full spectrum of colors, including special effect coating such as metallics, speckles, river textures, anti slip finishes, and fine textures. Our typical color match time is 5 days, and custom manufacturing is completed within 5-10 days. expedited batch services are also available. 
  
  Powders can be made to meet AAMA2603, 2604 plus AmGr is specified by OEM companies who have found the benefits of quality, service and price to enhance their coating operation.
  
  Anti slip coatings are used by Lockheed Martin for their aircraft assembly platforms, this coating is also used on standard handrailing (example is displayed on booth D40641), as a safety enhancer on stadia bleacher walkways, on tree stands for hunters, extra grip on oil filters and fitness equipment and mezzanine decking and foot decks on equipment like lawn tractors - the possibilities are endless.
