  OMSG Officine Meccaniche San Giorgio Spa designs and manufactures shot blast machines, shot-peening and machine systems since 1961.
  The headquarter of the group is located at Villa Cortese (Milan/Italy).
  The group OMSG consists in: OMSG France, OMSG Deutschland Gmbh and CARLO BANFI.
  CARLO BANFI has been acquired in 2017.
  OMSG group manufacture around 100÷110 shot blasting machines per year.
  Export 75% of their shot blasting machines (most important destination: Germany, France, Russia, China)
  Approximately 70 people employed in 4 locations.
  OMSG and Carlo Banfi have manufactured more than 9.000 shot blast machines in more than 135 years of their history.

  OMSG manufacture several types of shot blast and shot-peening machines.
  Its production includes: Roller conveyor shot blasting machines (LAUCO) , Spinner-hanger machines (CAPRI) , tunnel type machines (TUNNELBLAST), Tumblast steel or belt conveyor (TAPPETO RAMPANTE), Wire mesh belt conveyor (CWB), shot blast machines for pipes (SANDERPIPES), for wire (SWS), for gas cylinders (RBC), rotary table shot blast machines (RT) and many other.
  More than 50% of the total production of OMSG (around 100 machines per year) are made by special machines.
  OMSG can offer complete line shot blasting + painting.
