The Fiber PRIME S Laser sets a new standard in advanced cutting technology by combining high-speed 4G acceleration with high-power performance (12KW to 60KW) for cutting Mild Steel up to 4² thick. Fabricators and manufacturers can count on a laser cutting machine that delivers 24/7 reliable and efficient operation, provides rapid processing high-end performance for a wide range of heavy-duty applications, and comes with readily available customer service and support.
  
  The Fiber PRIME S includes an exclusive Precitec Cutting Head. Built for high power applications, the Precitec Head provides integrated gas mixing and focused compensation. The Fiber PRIME S also features the optional Machitech Bevel Head, enabling the creation of complex bevel cuts, including V, X, Y, and K, with custom angles in a single operation. Bevel Heads are ideal for industries requiring intricate edge preparation or for replacing current plasma tables with 5-axis capabilities.
  
  Fiber PRIME S integrates an intelligent, intuitive and easy-to-use large screen CNC controller. Features include tested parameters for all cutting processes such as bevel, remote monitoring, and intelligent path nesting. This is due in large part because of Lantek Expert Cut Nesting Software, that combines advanced nesting and optimized cutting paths with the machine’s high-speed precision. • New Fiber Tube XL Machine Designed for High Production & Large Diameters (Jun 13, 2025)
  
  Saint-Marc-des-Carrieres, QC …. Machitech’s new Fiber TUBE XL Laser Cutting Machine has been specially designed for cutting industrial tube and tube profiles with power, precision, and efficiency. The Fiber TUBE XL cuts round, square, and complex profiles; providing maximum performance, precision, and versatility for heavy-duty applications.
  
  The Fiber TUBE XL Laser Machine has a 6-12 kW power capability, cutting tube up to 40-feet in length with minimum 0.8-inch diameters to maximum 25-inch diameters. Core features include a 3D contour bevel head, adaptive clamping for all profiles, triple chuck system with zero tail cutting, a robust and versatile frame design, adaptive servo-driven supports, and an intelligent and an intuitive smart control featuring Lantek Flex3D nesting software.
  
  The TUBE XL bevel cutting head is designed to handle multi-axis movement, making it ideal for complex cuts on round, square, and rectangle profiles. Its slim profile allows access to previously hard-to-cut profiles. With adaptive clamping for all profiles, it automatically adjusts for round, square, rectangular, oval, and custom profiles. High-speed rotation and clamping, self-centering and pipe position detection are also available.
  
  A 3-chuck design provides stability and precision to minimize vibration and to ensure perfect alignment, while reducing material waste and enabling zero tail cutting for a minimum of material waste. The Fiber TUBE XL features a durable and reinforced frame, providing the strength and performance necessary to process large tubes and profiles at high speed.

• Automated 6-Axis Structural Steel Robotic Beam Cutting Machine (Jun 13, 2025)
  Saint-Marc-des-Carrieres, QC …. Machitech recently updated its Beamcut BC25. The BC25 is a user-friendly, versatile, robotic 3D CNC cell and platform for cutting metal parts and profiles from mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum for virtually any structural steel shape. With high-definition Hypertherm plasma technology and Fanuc robotics, the Beamcut BC25 is a totally automated 6-axis beam cutting system that provides maximum optimization of the manufacturing process, improving overall repeatability and accuracy while eliminating bothersome layout work before cutting, and time-consuming and costly grinding after profiles are cut.
  
  Along with an automated in-feed and out-feed system on a smaller footprint, the BC25 has unique features, including a Photo-Laser Measuring Device that allows split-second profiling and positioning to guarantee a precise cut. There is an advanced Windows-based Operator Control System that is easy-to-use and does not require special operator training. Proprietary Beamcut Soft software utilizes DSTV files from 3D profiling software and 2D DXF AutoCAD files. Once files are imported, Beamcut Soft automatically simulates the cutting sequence. An automatic cutting trajectory is created and verified on the drafting computer instead of the machine. The BC25 incorporates a safety enclosure and smoke trap that delimits the space required for robotic cutting and the circulation area around the system. A safety cabinet complies with OSHA safety standards. An optional dust collector is available to remove smoke and dust particles.
