Multi-Mode pilot release of upper feed roll and Straightening rolls
• Selectable actuation of pilot release feature between Traditional Pneumatic Cylinder(s) or Servo-Gearmotor (Servo-Cam) via selector switch located on operator station. Both types of actuations require a maintained signal from the Press Controls or a Programmable Limit Switch.
• Servo-Cam Mode employs a servo-gearmotor, crankshaft, and hardened steel Cam lobes to lift the upper feed roll and upper straightening rolls
• Servo-Cam Mode uses pendulum motion to raise and lower the upper feed and straightening rolls
