  Hangzhou, China – April 29, 2025 – SHINING 3D is proud to launch the OptimScan Q12, a high-precision 3D scanner built to meet the growing demand for fast, accurate, and automated 3D inspection. Designed for versatility across manufacturing and quality control environments, OptimScan Q12 combines high-resolution imaging, dual-scan-range flexibility, and automated integration capabilities—all in a compact and easy-to-use system.

  

   

  At the heart of the OptimScan Q12 are four 12.3 megapixel industrial cameras, it captures detailed surface features with remarkable accuracy—up to 0.005 mm. OptimScan Q12 support for both small (160 × 110 mm) and large (430 × 300 mm) scan ranges, OptimScan Q12 makes it easy to switch between detailed and full-part scanning—no manual adjustments required. Its intelligent software fuses data across ranges seamlessly.

  

   

  Monocular-Stereo Fusion (MSF) function enhances scan coverage on complex edges and corners, while the dual-chip computing module ensures each scan—capturing up to 12 million points—takes less than a second.
