Leading innovation in lightweight manufacturing, Dragontech will showcase its advanced solutions at this premier event. Established in 2008, inheriting the excellent technology and management experience from the LiowKo Group, Dragontech specializes in precision metal processing and carbon fiber product manufacturing. Their core technologies encompass various advanced processes, including Resin Transfer Molding (RTM) for carbon fiber. This allows for the production of carbon fiber products with perfect surfaces, high added value, and characteristics of both lightweight and high strength. Dragontech achieves superior design and product performance through diverse molding technologies and the combination of composite materials with metal parts.
Furthermore, Dragontech has adopted a unique Ingot Direct Forging (IDF) technology for aluminum alloy manufacturing. This revolutionary process utilizes recycled aluminum, significantly reducing material preparation time from the conventional forging's 14 days to just 12 hours. Simultaneously, the material utilization rate is remarkably high at 90%, far exceeding the 60-70% of traditional forging. IDF technology not only offers the superior strength of forging but also the dimensional accuracy of casting, while significantly reducing carbon emissions. Tests have shown that crank arms manufactured using IDF technology comply with ASTM standards and pass ISO 4210 fatigue tests. Dragontech also incorporates green production principles into practice; for instance, their own brand, PRAXIS, uses 100% recycled ocean plastic waste for the green foam filling material in their carbon fiber crank arms.
