Founded on October 29, 2008, CNCTech Group has grown over the past 16 years into one of Vietnam’s leading industrial and technology corporations. With a vision to “Lead Vietnam’s green, smart industrial ecosystem” and a mission to “Shape a sustainable and innovative future in industry and logistics, enhancing Vietnam’s capabilities in the global supply chain”, CNCTech’s long-term strategy is anchored in innovation, modern technology adoption, and sustainable development.

Development Journey
Originating from the name G7, founded by seven young engineers from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, CNCTech started with its first precision machining factory in Binh Duong in 2010. In 2013, it marked an international milestone by establishing a joint venture in precision machining with a Japanese partner.
From 2015 to 2018, CNCTech expanded aggressively: launching a mold & plastic injection factory in Hanoi, developing industrial service factories in Da Nang and Vinh Phuc, and executing strategic M&A deals, including VKX (VNPT – LG joint venture), VINAM Oil Tools (oilfield equipment), and SMCTech (sheet metal fabrication). These moves laid the foundation for a comprehensive industrial–technology ecosystem.
Today, CNCTech operates 5 major factories in Vinh Phuc, Ho Chi Minh City, and Binh Duong, alongside subsidiaries spanning CNC machining, precision molding, sheet metal, electronics manufacturing, and industrial infrastructure development.
Business Structure
CNCTech operates two divisions – four sectors – over 24 services, functioning independently yet closely integrated to form a closed-loop value chain from manufacturing to industrial infrastructure and logistics.

Industrial Division: Precision CNC machining, plastic injection molding, mold making, sheet metal fabrication, oilfield equipment manufacturing, automation, and ODM/OEM electronics.

This ecosystem enables CNCTech to deliver true “all-in-one” solutions, from product design and manufacturing to delivery and after-sales services.
Capabilities & Technology
CNCTech’s manufacturing capacity includes over 250 CNC machining centers – 180 milling and 70 turning machines – plus advanced supporting equipment. Annual machine capacity reaches 1,206,000 machining hours, with precision up to ±0.02 mm.
The company deploys MES (Manufacturing Execution System) for real-time production monitoring, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) to minimize downtime, and holds certifications including IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.
Its engineering team brings extensive experience from top corporations such as VNPT, Viettel, FPT, Samsung, and Vingroup. CNCTech’s R&D capability spans full product development – from industrial design, mechanical engineering, PCB layout, embedded software, to application software.
Growth Strategy
In the era of smart manufacturing, CNCTech prioritizes the integration of AI, IoT, Digital Twin, Big Data, and green technologies to strengthen competitiveness. By 2025, its goals include achieving OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) of 70% and POEE of 85%, while expanding into markets such as Japan, South Korea, the USA, Germany, and the EU through overseas branches, strategic partnerships, and M&A.
The launch of CNCTech Industrial in 2024 marked a new chapter in its industrial infrastructure development ambitions, aiming to become a top player in Southeast Asia.
