  • Sterling Heights, MI – July 18, 2025

COE Press Equipment has announced the launch of the EcoCradle, a new light-duty coil cradle engineered to deliver a cost-effective, simplified solution for handling thin, mild steel materials. While COE has long specialized in coil handling equipment, the EcoCradle represents a fresh addition to its product lineup—tailored specifically for customers seeking an economical alternative to traditional reels and straighteners.

Developed with cost-sensitive applications in mind, the EcoCradle supports coil weights up to 8,000 lbs and widths up to 18 inches. It features a motorized configuration and delivers material at speeds up to 140 feet per minute, offering efficient performance in a compact, simplified design.

This cradle provides an attractive alternative to traditional coil reels, potentially cutting equipment costs by up to 50%. The EcoCradle is tailored for customers operating on limited budgets, including small job shops, appliance backers, and other narrow coil applications.

  • Sterling Heights, MI – June 24, 2025
COE Press Equipment has announced the launch of its new ServoMaster™ Sonic Series, a high-speed servo feed system engineered for exceptional accuracy and productivity. The system will make its public debut at FABTECH Chicago 2025 and is designed to meet the demanding needs of applications requiring short feed progressions and high-speed throughput.

The ServoMaster™ Sonic Series represents a significant advancement in coil processing technology by incorporating servo piloting in place of traditional pneumatic systems. This innovation, along with a newly developed direct drive servo motor, enables precise control of the upper roll position and minimizes mechanical delay, supporting improved part quality and process reliability.

Designed for light gauge materials up to 24 inches wide, the Sonic Series is optimized for stampers seeking to boost productivity without sacrificing accuracy. Key technical benefits include superior feed speed, high repeatability, and a reduction in mechanical complexity.

"The Sonic Feeder represents a breakthrough in high-speed feeding—it's a completely new approach that redefines what’s possible in precision and performance." Says Reid Coe, President of COE Press Equipment, "No one else is doing it like this. This is high-speed feeding, reimagined from the ground up, and it sets a new standard for the industry."
