    The Cosen SH‑520DM is a rugged, semi‑auto horizontal bandsaw with a swivel head that delivers fast, precise cuts on structural steel.   • SH-1000F | Semi-Automatic Dual Column Band Saw
    Cosen offers a large range of large capacity, semi-automatic band saws, offering solutions for both billet and structural straight cutting. The SH-1000F falls into the latter and comes equipped with a 20.4”x39.3” cutting capacity and a built in 5 degree blade cant. The saw’s rugged dual column design makes it perfect for cutting large structural materials such as wide beams, channels, and  tubing.   • AV-2026NC | Automatic Vertical Tilt-Frame Band Saw
    Cosen's AV-2026NC band saw is one of the best and most reliable automatic vertical saws on the market today. This rigid saw consists of Cosen’s reliable vertical tilt frame design, along with an automated feeder system. The AV features a 20" x 26.3" capacity with an adjustable head cant from 0° to 5°, while its hydraulic tilt-frame head is able to achieve cutting angles of up to 60° in both directions. Also featuring Cosen’s SNC controls, the saw is able to index material up to 999” and is perfect for steel fabricators looking to cut various materials in a high production setting.
