• FD Machinery's 5th Generation Direct Forming Square/Rectangular Mill (Aug 27, 2025)
  FD's direct forming mills use one set of universal tooling to produce the mills entire size range.  Size change adjustments occur in as little as 10 minutes.   PLC and servo controls ensure repeatability and reliability.  Training time is reduced and fewer operators are needed.   This 5th generation design makes it easier to control and adjust the corner radius, which is something no other mill can do.
